Check that the email on file in the Families area is correct, then re-send the link from the guardian's profile. Ask them to check spam — the link works in any browser, nothing to install. See How families get access.

A parent forgot their PIN

An admin can reset a guardian's PIN from their profile in the Families area. The kiosk uses that PIN for check-in/out.

Do parents need a smartphone or an app?

No. The portal opens from any email on any phone, tablet, or computer — there's nothing to download.

What happens to our data if we leave?

It's yours. Export your children and guardians as CSV anytime, and you get a window to export after cancelling before anything is removed. See Security & your data.

Can we switch from another platform?

Yes — import your children and guardians from a CSV, or email support@goseedling.com and we'll do it for you, free. Most centers are running in an afternoon.

How much does Seedling cost?

A flat $40/month for unlimited children and staff, with no per-child fees. See Your subscription.

Is there a contract?

No contract and no setup fee — cancel anytime.

A charge failed — what now?

Resend the family a payment link, or use Remind unpaid to nudge everyone at once. See Failed payments & refunds.
