Beyond recurring tuition, you can bill a one-off amount anytime.
Add a one-time charge
- In Family Billing, click Charge on the family's row.
- Enter the amount and a description (e.g., "Field trip" or "Late pickup").
- Pick how to collect:
- Charge now — runs against the family's saved payment method immediately (they authorized this when they set up autopay).
- Email request — sends the family a secure link to pay. Works even if they have no method on file yet, which is perfect for registration fees and deposits.
Deposits at sign-up
Add a registration fee or deposit to a tuition plan, and it's collected up front as part of the family's first payment when they set up tuition (the deposit is credited toward future tuition).
