What it tracks
- Missing or expiring health records
- Incomplete child profiles (address, emergency contact)
- Unsigned agreements
- Incomplete payment setup
Request it in one click
- Open Records & Requests.
- Select the families you want to chase.
- Click Send Requests — each selected family gets one combined email asking for everything they still owe, with a secure link to their portal to provide it.
That replaces chasing parents one item at a time. As families complete things — upload a form, sign an agreement, set up payment — the items clear automatically.
