Update your details
From your family portal you can edit:
- Your contact info (name, phone, address)
- Your child's details — nickname, home address, emergency contacts, and health info like allergies, medications, and medical conditions
- Authorized pickups — who's allowed to collect your child
- Your child's physician / clinic
Your email is the one thing you can't change yourself. It's how the portal reaches you, so your center updates it for you — just ask them.
Upload health forms
If your center asks for documents (immunizations, physicals), open your child and upload them right there — no printing or scanning at the front desk.
Asked to complete something?
When your center requests info, you'll get an email with a secure link that takes you straight to what's needed. Finish it, and it clears off their list automatically.
