Set up payment
Your center starts this — you don't have to hunt for anything:
- You'll get a secure setup link by email, and a "Set up tuition payments" task appears in your portal's "Action needed" list.
- Open it and add a card or bank account (ACH) — it takes a minute, with no account to create.
- Once you're set up, tuition is charged automatically on your center's schedule.
See your balance & invoices
In the portal under Account → Billing, you can see your balance, past invoices, and receipts.
Paying a one-time request
If your center sends a one-time charge — a deposit, a field trip — you'll get a secure link. Just tap it and pay.
Fees
Paying by bank (ACH) is the cheapest option. A small processing fee may apply depending on your center's settings; you'll always see the total before you confirm.
