Store health information by child and stay ahead of what licensing checks.

Store health details & documents

1. Open a child in the Families area.
2. Fill in health details and upload documents (e.g., immunization forms).
3. Seedling flags incomplete profiles and expiring documents so nothing slips — chase any gaps in bulk from Records & Requests.

Allergies

Allergies show as a red badge at kiosk check-in and on rosters, so staff catch them at the door.

Medication administration record (MAR)

Track authorized medications and log every dose:

1. Add the medication + authorization to the child.
2. When a dose is given, log it — the time and the staff member who administered it.

That gives you a clean, attributed MAR for licensing.
