Protecting children's and families' information is the foundation of Seedling.
How data is protected
- Encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Stored on infrastructure with recognized security certifications, and backed up regularly.
- Isolated per center — each center only ever sees its own families; data never crosses between centers.
Access you control
- Each guardian gets a unique, secure link to your portal — you grant or revoke any guardian's access at any time from the child's profile.
- Staff access is scoped by role (admin vs. staff).
- There are no shared public passwords to leak; families open the portal from their own email.
Your data is yours
- Export your children and guardians as CSV anytime (Import & export) — no lock-in.
- If you ever leave, you can export your data before anything is removed.
- We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
