The reports center

Export the attendance, financial, and compliance reports you need — for licensing or your records.

The Reports area gathers everything you can generate and export, grouped by type.

What's available

  • Financial — Revenue Overview: tuition collected over a date range, by classroom. (Admin-only, like the rest of Billing.)
  • Attendance — Daily Summary, Classroom Rates, Individual Child Report, Staff-to-Child Ratios, Absences, Check-in/Out Records, and Audit Logs.
  • Activity — daily activities logged by teachers.
  • Students — Age & Demographics by room and status.
  • Compliance — Authorized Pickups, Health Records status, Incident Reports, and the Safety Drill Log.

Generate & export a report

  1. Open Reports and pick a report.
  2. Set the date range or filters (e.g., a classroom or a single child).
  3. Review on screen, then Export CSV for your licensor or your files. (The Ratio Compliance report also saves as a PDF.)

Exports always cover everything matching your filters, not just the rows on screen.

Any report prints straight from your browser — Ctrl+P (Windows) or Cmd+P (Mac).

The printed page drops the sidebar, the filters and the buttons, and adds what paper needs: your center's name, the report title, the date range and the time it was generated. Table headings repeat on every page, and rows are kept whole rather than split across a fold.

Two things worth knowing:

  • Set your browser to print page numbers. In Chrome's print dialog, open More settings and tick Headers and footers. Browsers won't let a website add page numbers itself.
  • Print what you want the inspector to have. A report you have paged through prints the page you're on, and the printed sheet says "Showing 1–25 of 210" so nobody mistakes it for the whole list. For the complete set, use Export CSV — or widen the date range so it all fits.

The Ratio Compliance report is the exception: use its Save as PDF button rather than printing. It builds a proper paginated document with page numbers, which is what a licensing binder wants.

Common licensing needs

  • Staff-to-child ratios over a period → the Ratio Compliance report (Attendance → Staff-to-Child Ratios) — date ranges, an incident log, and CSV/PDF export.
  • Who's authorized to pick up each child → Compliance → Authorized Pickups.
  • Drill historyCompliance → Safety Drill Log.
