Families start their childcare search on Google, and a center with no website, or an outdated one, loses tours it never knew about. But website builders and agencies charge real money: dedicated childcare website services commonly run $100 or more per month, and some childcare platforms sell websites as a paid add-on behind a sales quote.
Seedling takes the opposite approach. A public webpage for your center is part of the product: you fill in your programs, hours, photos, and tuition starting point from Settings, hit publish, and your page is live with a request-a-spot form wired to your inbox. Prefer not to touch it at all? Email us your details and photos and we set the page up for you, free.
Yes. It is included in Seedling’s flat $40 a month, which also covers attendance, billing, agreements, messaging, and records for unlimited children and staff. There is no separate website fee, setup charge, or hosting bill.
What a searching family wants to know: your programs and age ranges, hours, photos of your space, an optional tuition starting point, your contact details, and a request-a-spot form. You choose what to fill in, and anything you leave blank simply does not appear.
Families request a spot or a tour through the form, and the inquiry lands in your email and your Seedling dashboard with their child’s age and when they would like to start. You reply directly, and when you are ready to enroll them, Seedling’s enrollment flow takes it from there.
No. There is nothing technical to maintain, no plugins, and no hosting to renew. When your hours or programs change, update the field in Settings and the page updates. If you would rather we handle the whole page, email your details to support@goseedling.com and we set it up for you.
No. The public page only shows what you explicitly put on it. Photos are uploaded separately for the website, photos you share privately with families are never used, and no child or family information from your Seedling account appears publicly.
