Where pickups come from
Each family manages their authorized pickups in the portal (for families), and you can see them on the child's profile.
At the door
Authorized pickups check a child out at the kiosk with their PIN, and each check-out records who did it.
Export for licensing
Reports → Compliance → Authorized Pickups exports each child's authorized people — name, relationship, phone, and PIN — filtered by child, by classroom, or for the whole center. It's the document a licensor often asks for.
